Alarm goes off when i open the door with keyless access

When I open the door via the keyless access, the alarm goes off. Is this a software bug or am i doing something wrong.
1) I leave the car and close it by touching the doorhandle
2) I go away form the car far enouge to hear a beep
3) I come back after a while and just open the door with the key in my pocket
4) The alarm goes off.

My first solution: when i go back to the car, i first open the car by pressing the open button on the key. But what is the use of the keyless acces in this case.
My current solution: To avoid accidental opening of the car, i have disabled the keyless access in the menu, so now i can only open the car by pressing the key.
